Today my Touchdown on Android stopped accepting the PIN to access messages. Nothing has changed on the phone and I have not installed updates recently. A co-worker who also has Touchdown on Android is not having problems using her's so it is not something our IT department has done. Can someone offer any advice? I have emailed support but gotten no answer.
