We use Workflow Solution for logging information about our customers (everything from contact info to tracking associated documents and emails). When we have database integrity issues (like a database row getting overwritten or deleted), I don't have an effective way of tracking down how it happened. I can usually fix it pretty easily by recovering the information from a backup, but I'd like to be able to figure out why it's happening in the first place.
I'm wondering what methods you use for tracking database transactions or if you have any suggestions for how I should approach this problem.
