it depends by how many clients you have, how many times they go for updates and how many definitions you store into the SEPM; in other words the traffic between GUP and SEPM is unique per each environment, an average value is not meaningful, it might be just few MB per day for a stable group of servers as well as hundreds MB per day for for a group of roaming laptops with mixed platforms.
