German/English Transaktionslogs von Exchange 2010 werden nach Backup nicht gelöscht

Hallo,
wir sichern mit BE 2012 den Microsoft Information Store von Exchange 2010 mit 3 Datenbanken.
Diese Sicherung läuft auch durch, nur werden die Logfiles nach dem Backup nicht gelöscht.
Woran liegt das?

We backup with BE 2012 the Microsoft Information Store Exchange 2010 with 3 databases.
This backup runs, only the log file is not deleted after the backup.
Why is that

1. Are you performing a Full backup of the Exchange database.
2. Are you getting any errors in the Exchange Event log at the time of backups regarding logging/recovery

I create the following backup and I get now errors in the Event Log.

This does look like a Full backup method selected to me.
Does it happen on all the databases or some or random.
Could you confirm if the Backup Exec user used on the job has Exchange organization Management Role. Also is it a member of Local Administrators on Exchange.
Also once verify if this account has permissions on the Exchange datbase and logs folder (NTFS Permissions)
Hi!
It has the appearance that the exchange agent was not installed correctly.
I have reinstalled the agent and the server restarted again and the logs were deleted after the last backup.
I'll be watching the logfiles
