There's no direct comparison available but I'd probably look at a 3rd party reviews (like the one below)  for an unbiased review of the different AV products or maybe get both vendors in on site to do a presentation of thier security products and select whihc is most benificial to your environment.

To understand which is best, you need to look at the Independent Antivirus Testers Reports and Whitepapers like AV-Comparitives, Gartner, Tolly Enterprises, AVCompatitives, PassMark Software, Dennis Labs, etc.

You could try contacting your Account Manager to see what they have. I've never seen anything publicly available as a direct comparison between the two. There are ones from AV Comparatives but they look at many different vendors overall.
