Ghost Solution Suite

we are currently testing Symantec Ghost Solutions using the standard trial license supporting 10 clients. This far, Ghost Solutions seems like a very capable solution to our requirement of deploying large amounts of system images as fast as possible, including system configuration.

As we have the need to deploy images to about 100 or more clients at the same time in less than one hour it is very interesting for us how the application perfoms in such large environments. Is it possible to get a trial license to peform tests for performance and stability in such environments (100 clients) as we are not able to buy a solution without knowing it will work in our environment for sure?

This is not the place to ask - you need to contact your local Symantec reseller or local office as this is a pre-sales situation which is outside the scope of the forums to answer.  The usual limiting factor is the bandwidth of your server and network. If you work out the size of your images, multiply by 100 and then figure out if your network can transfer 2Tb (for example) of data in one hour.  You don't really need a Ghost 100 user license to do this - just try transferring a 20Gb file to 100 workstations simultaneously and see whether that basic operation can complete in under an hour.

I'd judge an environment of 20,000 + machines as "large" BTW....;-)
