Hi all,

We are getting error below when running a full server backup.

(Server: "MYSERVER") (Job: "Daily RDX Backup -Full") Daily RDX Backup -Full -- The job failed with the following error: The trial period for Backup Exec or for an agent or option has expired. You must enter the serial number to continue.


Below is the installed options for Backup Exec.License.PNG                                                                                                                      

We are running Backup Exec 2012, Server 2008 and have all updates installed. Previously, all backup jobs have been a success.                                                               Any help would be greatfully received!

Are you backing up any remote servers? If so, you need Agent for Windows Licence. This is showing as not installed / licenced.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

No, we are only backing up 1 local server. No remote servers.

Try to remove the licences, restart Backup Exec services (in trial) and add the licences again.

Thansk very much.

Tried to delete, however, get the error: Product Licesnses may not be deleted..

Any idea's?

Please try clearing all the alerts by going to Home tab.
