Trial version license file

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I've downloaded the trial version of IM Manager and it requires a license file that was not included in the download. I contacted customer care, who transferred me to tech support. Tech support said that they can't help me without a customer number and licenses.
How do I obtain a license file for the trial version of IM Manager?

When I've needed to I've contacted Sales before and they've provided me with a trial license. Best part of that is that I was also able to ask for a license that was even longer than what was specified as the norm.
