    Hi there,

Will I have to uninstall 15 managed Endpoint Clients that I installed using a Trialware version of the Endpoint Protection Manager once I purchase and install the Full version of the Endpoint Protection Manager?

Also if I buy a 100 user licence for Exchange Protection, how does it work with the licence file if I have two seperate Exchange server on seperate domains but under the same Organisation.  Will I need to seperate licence files or can I use the same one of both servers?

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

You will have to uninstall the trial version from all the 15 clients and then install the full version of SEP.

You may check this article for the same.

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Trialware Migration

    http://service1.symantec.com/support/ent-security.nsf/854fa02b4f5013678825731a007d06af/a6e631b2d15bf73e88257481007852f6?OpenDocument

As far as your second question goes, I think you are referring to Symantec Mail Security for MS-Exchange license. You may have to speak to Symantec licensing team to get that clarified. You can also send an e-mail to Licensing@symantec.com with your product details to get this info.

    I hope this helps :-)

If you purchase 100 user license for SEP 11.0, you don't have to install the license file. If you are going for SEP 12.0 SBE version only then you have to install the license file in SEPM.

    Thanks :-)
