  • 1.  Trialware license expires immediately after the installation

    I am trying to evaluate the Ghost Solution Suite, so I installed a trial version. But I cannot do anything:

    1. "Ghost console" launches with error that no license was found
    2. "Remote client install" says that I have license for 0 clients and therefore cannot continue
    3. If the client is installed manually on other machines, console doesn't see any of them, as if there were no clients installed at all
    4. "Refresh Inventory for default group" task says that my 30-day grace has expired and I need to register the Console.

    Any ideas what is the problem?
    I tried to install on 2 other machines - same thing.,
    What am I missing?

    Did you get this sorted out?  Was your trial license issued on the day that you started the evaluation installation? If this is an old trial license, it has probably expired and you will need to apply for a new one.
