I have downloaded the Trialware for Sym Endpoint Encryption.

It is a 287MB.zip file. I am able to unzip the file and that becomes 11 .MSI files.

    Here is my issue

I use the msiexec command to extract the contents of the "SEE Drive Encryption.msi" and I get an error of:

"Error 2607. Media table not found or empty (required for installation of files)"

Worth noting that I AM ABLE to extract the contents of the other .msi files without issue.

    Any thing I can try?

(My goal is that I am trying to get the .dll's required to build a Recovery disk )

Please share the URL from where you downloaded trialware, we would like to check it.

The article for creating such a Recovery CD suggests you need to have SEE-FD installed first:

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH223783

Extracting the Drive Encryption MSI alone will not help you anyway, as you're trying to extract the Server installer MSI there.

You need to install the SEE Managment Server and Console, export the required SEE Client MSIs, install them, and then follow the article to create a Recovery CD.
