    (Using an unmananged client)

A file on my computer was falsly detected by SEP as a Trogen. Because it was in use by one of my programs, it plans to restart my computer in an hour. I CANT have this happening, because a very important program is running on my computer, and it CANNOT be interupted. I cant find any way to cancel the restart. I went into my settings and disabled the required shut down, so this shouldnt happen again in the future, but it looks like the current shut down was unaffected. Is there any way to stop the shutdown?

    Hi Nawor3565,

What verion of SEP are you using?  What exactly was detected (hash, and as what)?  And can you provide more infromation about a threat detection forcing a computer restart-?  That's news to me.  If you provide more information I might be able to help.

    Many thanks!
