  • 1.  Trojan-Horse ruins files.

       Hello all:

       My OS is XP, anti-virus program is NAVCE2. It often finds virus “trojan-horse” in my PC.

    The following is the newest finding.

                                      Virus Name:  Trojan Horse

                                      Location:        Quantine.

                                     Action Taken:  cleanfailed. Quantine succeeded. Access denied.

                                     Date:        4/8/11  

    Because of “quantine”, the affected file can not work again. Is there any way to clean

    the Trojan-Horse rather than “quantine” it.

    What version of SAV are you running. Is the file in question a compressed file? If so, see this KB - Cannot repair a compressed file in Quarantine
