Hi all,

Unsure where else to turn so figured I'd post.

Symantec found a trojan.ransomlock!gen4 on my computer. I think it came from a fake fed ex email received recently. Auto-Protect keeps popping up showing one foudn every minute or so?

AUto-Protect shows the trojan found in quarruntine and when i run a full scan, and also norton NPE product, it finds no dangerous files.

I'm concerned about anything that may compromise my computer and want to fix so auto-protect stops popping up.

SHould i be worried? How do I get rid of auto-protect continually finding and cleaning these files?

Thanks,

Grant H
