Hi, I'm doing a complete scan and what comes up so far are two 'high risk' trojan sasfis - but next to that it says 'remove failed'  what does this mean?  and what am I supposed to do?
    Thanks, Lauri

Try reboot into safe mode, and go into "My Computer," and right-click and scan the C drive.

the file could be in use by some process and cannot get free to have it removed. You scan the system in safe mode. You may also want to chekc the threat symptom and removal instructions from virus link.
