  • 1.  Trojan.Gen.2 on Norton 360

    Posted Jul 01, 2012 04:30 PM

I have read through the discussions and the ones I find relevant seem to be missing some info that would help me resolve this problem. I am using Norton 360 and it is finding Trojan.Gen.2 running and stopping and quaratining but any web activity or systems reboots results in the additional instances of the virus being found. I saw where others had been told to use the Norton Power Eraser which I have not tried yet but I noticed the other users did not have any success removing the trojan with Power Eraser either. Please advise.
