I read the other removal information, but mine is different. I have Norton Internet Security, and this nasty little critter got past it. When I run the norton power eraser it detects it but gives me a list of several files it couldn't delete that seem to be port-related dlls. I just did a clean install, and this nasty thing is tryig to make me do it again. HELP!
