trojan.zeroaccess.B
Created: 08 Feb 2012 | 10 comments
Hello all,
I run a 64-bit computer. The virus trojan.zero.access.B has shown up and the only removal tool on symantecs website is for 32-bit.
What do I do to get rid of this annoying deal.
Thanks!!

though the tool is not there , you can use the writeup for protection of systems against this trojan.

I am not a computer wiz by anymeans. I am not certain what that is really saying. It would have to be dumbed down for me to understand it. Any help there?
Thanks
Which version of SEP you are using?

Says version 11.0.6100.645
I have sent you a PM with a version easier to follow and hopefully remove your troubles.
Here is also a link to the "Norton community" pages.
http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/Trojan-Zeroaccess-B/td-p/633867
There are external links on this page as well. They are provided as-is and no guarantee given.
Because it is a Norton page, I felt it was okay to include as an "external vendors" information.
Admins can feel free to edit this post.
Hope any of that helps.
In the version 11.0, tool avail for 32 bit..

Hi if your problem not resolve then pls log the case in Technical Support. He will better guide to you.
For the feature resolution you can upgrade the Version 12.1(RU1) for getting the full feature support in 64 bit systems.
