When ever we have computers with Intel Atom motherboards with integrated realtek 8111dl NICs it causes problems with ghost imaging, I believe it is related to the driver for the NIC, it is supposed to be a DOS driver compatible with ghost, but it runs extremely slow and it also fails when multiple images are broadcasted, can anyone offer a solution or alternative to speed things up?

    Thanks,

Is there any reason why you are using DOS instead of WinPE?

DOS was what was in place when started, I am looking into WinPE now, I just burned a CD with the ISO created with WAIK, but it didnt seem to have ghost32 on it...

    Hi Polysics13,

It seems that the WinPE does not have appropriate network driver.

You could try creating the boot package using Ghost Boot Wizard (adding all the network drivers), if it does not work try adding the specific network driver (realtek 8111dl)

If you prefer creating the boot package yourself using WAIK, you could use the imagex tool to mount and add drivers to the WIM file.

    Hope this helps.
