When trying to install the latest 12.0 version of Backup Exec on a 64-bit 2003 server I get the following error message: Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 1612.  When trying to research this exact issue I come up empty handed.  I have tried reinstalling the SQL 2005 Express but still come up with the same errors.

Any ideas to a solution?
