  • 1.  trouble with my Symantec Endpoint Protection v 11

    My computer's Symantec Endpoint Protection keeps blocking Smart Ram, which is a program that runs continuously to speed up my computer.

    Is there anyway to create an exception for this program? I tried centralized exceptions but it won't work.

    Any help would be appreciated thanks!

    Pls make sure the the policies are properly applied, pls test your policies (for example, if scheduled scans are working).

    On the client side, try adding execeptions here.
