  • 1.  Trouble reinstalling Endpoint 11.0 on client

    Unfortunately, due to a computer crash i was forced to reinstall Endpoint 11.0 on a client.  We deployed the package from the Server and tried to install on the client. After clearing the error that the "pending system changes that require a reboot" i am still having troubles.  After clicking on the Setup.exe file, installer begins "Please wait while Windows configures Symantec Endpoint Protection.  Then that popup simply disappears.  Unon retrying, the reboot requirement screen comes up again.  PLEASE HELP

    Here is one other KB to read -

    Installer Information - "Symantec Endpoint Protection has detected that there are pending system changes that require a reboot." when trying to install SEP 11.0 on Windows 7
