I have attempted to utilize the procedure found in:  https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/scripted-esx4-install-deployment-server-69

It fails trying to copy over grub.conf and other files from the .\osdist\esx4 directory where I have the ESX4 media copied.  I can't tell whether it's a permissions or pathing issue.

Has anyone gotten this to work, if so how?  Additional ks, grub and job files would be helpful.
