Dear All

I deploy the pcanywhere on clients still pcanywhere not shown on some clients, how to troubleshoot these clients?

Share the pcanywhere logs for get the exact reason of failure

pcAnywhere Agent 12.6 installation logs:
XP:  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\pcASolutionLog\  (entire folder)
Vista/Windows 7/2008:  C:\ProgramData\Symantec\pcASolutionLog\  (entire folder)

Already tried to found the log but no file and folder found in system.

Have you check the window event log of same time?

Firewall service is require to disable

System is in running mode(non hibernate/shutdown)

if it deploy from altiris server then check the altiris client installed on the system or in working condition.
