Troubleshooting ACS lib

Hi,

Our organisation contains ACS lib configured in SSO. Many drives are down, Is there any document for troubleshooting or making those drives UP state through Robtest? In TLD we use to test by , move ,sd,ss,si,unload etc..., But i dont have idea about ACS Lib ..Can anyone provide the link to get the detail of troubleshooting ACS lib which configured in SSO environment.

on the master server run

vmdareq -display
This will show you the status of the drive, who it is reserverved for and who the scan host is.

also
vmoprcmd
then run
vmoprcmd -up

then run this on the master server for media servers
vmoprcmd -h
vmoprcmd -h -up
