Some one has a aditional troubleshooting step for Mcafee EPO collector? I only see agent event but not Mcafee EPO events, I do The Mcafee EPO collector quick guide step by step.

Thx

One very important thing to check is the version of EPO.  There are two different EPO collectors, the one for EPO version 4 will not work with earlier versions of EPO and vice versa.  Can you confirm you have the appropriate collector for your version of EPO?

Hi,

I have EPO 3.6 but I noticed a error with MSSQL 2005 JDBC driver on EPO server, when i executed it i got "invalid o corrupt jarfile c:\program files\...\sqljdbc.jar"

I download several times and got the same error.

Thx

There are some changes you have to make if you are using the the McAfee EPo v3.7 collector.  This document will show what needs to be changed so you can use the MSSQL 2005 drivers.

It's ok if you have MSSQL 200, the 2005 driver is backwards compatible.  Can you please confirm the collector and version of said collector you have installed?  This is available in the collector properties file.
