Any idea what to check if the update failed? From the client status, there's no definition for TruScan..
I did find some idea to check on this path and check the liveupdate log
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\SyKnAppS\
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate
But seems like the solution proposed is to repair or reinstall it
