TruScan has generated an error: code 11: description: Whitelist Failure

I am using Symantec endpoint Protection 11. And today i found out my antivirus has this problem. The PTP is off and shows that it is waiting for updates.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Seems to accurately match your issue.


Just in case the PTP defs are corrupt, the below article might help (tells you how to clear corrupted defs)

Try by reinstalling PTP

Strangely the problem just went away. I will monitor the situation,anyway thanks for your help guys
