TruScan Issues?

Has anyone come across serious issues with running Proactive Threat Protection (TruScan) on your clients?  I figured the antivirus and antispyware components would probably be OK and certainly like any firewall, Network Threat Protection could give you grief but was wondering if installing Proactive Threat Protection on workstations and/or servers has resulted in any show stoppers?  Thanks!

Am I to assume that a lack of response indicates all is well with Proactive Threat Protection?  Wow...I'm impressed if that's the case.

"TruScan has generated an error: code 11: description: Whitelist Failure"
 
This is the message i am recieving on PCs which are standalone and are updated manually using definitions for SEP11.x  V5i32 available at site. Earlier the Proactive scan and network threat scan updated manually. Now show the above error. If tried to fix from local GuI from appearing Fix tab Live update runs which requires internet connecivity not possible for the computer. The anivirus-antispyware definitions update successfuly.
 
Please suggest how to update the proactive threat scan.
