Seems your policy type is MS-Windows instead of MS-Exchange.

Do you have a valid Application and Database agent license on the master server?
Check for possible expired demo license key.

So yes to confirm the policy is set to MS-Exchange. We do have an active exchange extension on netbackup. We have a seperate policy that backs up all exchange mailboxes and that works most of the time.
