Endpoint Protection

After running setup it is trying to upgrade database schema and fails. Get this error. Now can´t even start symante endpoint protection manager server.

what is the DataBase?

what is the version you trying to upgrade from RU6 MP1/2/3/7?

Database is SQL Server 2005 and version of symantec is 11.0.6005.562

When trying to upgrade an SQL 2008 database from 11.0.6 MP3 to 12.1

becuase the SEPM does not recognise the  "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" , you have to change the SQL language setting.

I haven't had to do this when i've upgraded versions before. Is this something new or is it just part of version 12.

We've just downloaded V12.1 so i'll have a look into the language change but do you know if it is just something the v12 can't handle but the v12.1 does?

Is this an easy thing, as so far i can only find articles to change the language for that SQL server not just the Endpoint database and i don't want to change the whole server because of the other databases we run on it.
