Good day, everyone. I hope that you are all well. I have a user running Windows 7 x64 SP1 who has an intermittent and recurring tseconfig.dll error when shutting down his computer. See below.

I have ran the Repair from the Programs and Features menu, uninstalled and reinstalled Endpoint, and attempted to replace the .dll file. For reasons unknown, the issue persists. Do any of you have any insight on this? It's confusing me as this computer is one of fifty-four using the same corporate image.

Thank you all in advance! Be well.

Have you try repair SEP client ?

You can try to repair add/remove programe otherwise If problem not resolved  you need to install latest SEP version 12.1.5.
