  • 1.  Un-Enroll MDM Agent

    Hey guys,

    I'm looking for a way to remove the MDM agent from several Android mobile devices. I only could find a way to remove it individually, and that's gonna take a lot of time.

    Anyone has any good ideas?

    I opened a case with Symantec and they've told me that a massive removal is not possible:

    "Regarding your case there is not a way to automatically remove the agent on the Android devices. You have 3 options but none of them will remove agent or disable it as device administrator. 

    • Send a wipe command so the agent (and all the rest of applications) will be removed
    • Click on the device and  Device Management > Remove MDM and Reset Agent. This won't remove the agent but it will be useless unless re-enrolled
    • Remove the device from the console. Even if the agent is installed it won't be used anymore so it is harmless"
