After a system crash i wan't able to find my PGP Disk on PGP Disk list of my PGP Desktop 10.1.1

I have used the the import funcion to recover the disk but in the User access list only Unknown User is present ad PGP does not accept the passphrase and does not open the disk.

How can I solve this problem ?

It sounds like this is a Virtual Disk that you are not able to mount.  Was it encrypted to a passphrase, or to your public key?  If to your public key, please right click on your key in All Keys, select Key Properties, and make sure it is set to having Implicit Trust.

It may help if you quote the error message you receive when you have entered your passphrase.

Yes is my virtual disk that i am not able to mount. and it was encripted to a passphrase.

The diske tha originnally has my ID as administrator now has un Unknown user and when i try to mount the following error message appears

    Error message

The Passphrase you entered is not a valid passphrase for this disk.

(Note that there were one or more user, with pubblic keys that could not be checked, possibly because these prive keys are not on the default keyring or token as not been inserted).

    Please try again

    End of the error message

In addition i have tried to use the PGP Key function without any results

    The problem is solved.

I have recovered from a backup the PGP Corporation Directory and now I am able to mount the disk

It sounds like your virtual disk was encrypted to your public key and you were able to use the backup of your private keyring to resolve this.  I was hoping that was all you needed to do.

Am having a similar problem PGP (9.10) will not give me a mount option. I have tried to recover from the server but get a "no matching keys were found on the server". Don't know if it relevant but the original email addrees is no longer valid.

    Any help appreciated. Thanks
