Unable to access automated reports from Altiris
There has been instances where certain users are not able to click on the links for the Automated Reports which are emailed to them from the altiris notification server.
The error message in the browser is as follows:
The Web site cannot be found
The Web site you are looking for is unavailable due to its identification configuration settings.

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Background:
This error indicates that the gateway could not find the IP address of the Web site you are trying to access.

Does anyone know if this a known error and if so, are there any solutions that our Altiris Administrator can implement to fix this issue?
