Unable to add 32-bit clent install package

I am using MR4MP2 and having issues adding a 32 bit client install package.
I have tried to add the setup.exe and the sav32.info but it fails at adding package to management server.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately I don't use SEP so no ideas on how to resolve your problem. I moved your question to the SEP forum area (by selecting Endpoint Protection as the Product) where I suspect you will get better response than the Symantec Connect forum. Good luck!

As the version
As the version you are using is an old version I would suggest to upgrade to MR4 MP2 which is the latest

Could you Tell me weather SEPM is on Mr4Mp2 Release
If YesThen Plz try following this Document in order to install SEP client.

If Not on Mr4Mp2
Plz follow this document and upgarde SEPM to Mr4Mp2
