  • 1.  Unable to add Device ID

    Posted Sep 19, 2012 06:19 AM

I have SEPM 11 at office and I want to block USB drives. At the same time I want to allow USB keyboards, mouse and printers.

For this I tried to add the device id of the necessary USB devices through Hardware Devices -> Add a Hardware Device, but i am unable to enter the device id, it is not accepting the back slash. Is their any other way to do the same.
