Unable to build cache for domain [domain name]. Data collection is unable to proceed

Hi
I am unable to do data collection in CCS 11. Each time i try to do, i get this error:Unable to build cache for domain [domain name]. Data collection is unable to proceed
Note that I have set the domain cache credentials and windows credentials already. both are using domain admin

U need a patch! Call symantec support to ask for!

While providing the credentials you need to provide the netbios name of the domain and not the FQDN, looks like you are providing FQDN. Please verify, otherwise if you are using domain admin and the a\c has permissions on the domain root it should work fine.
You need to register a "domain cache" for this domain:
Click Settings> Credentials
Righ Click in tab > Add Common Credential
Plataform: Windows Domain Cache
Domain
User Name and Password.
Tip: It is important that this credential is registered in the same way that the credential domain. ex: if you register a domain account as domain\user and the cache domain as user@domain.com, probably this will DONT WORK.
