I am trying to capture an image from a Pavilion PC (which has Vista Ultimate Installed on it) but when it starts loading the agent on it I get a System Error 85, saying "The local device name is already in use".

Initially I thought it is because the WinPE boot image did not include NVIDIA NIC driver information (as it went through all the *.inf but looks like it cannot find the right .inf file) so I have included that into the WinPE pre-boot image but I still get the same error.

When I go into the AClient log file I see the following error:
bootstrap.cpp:904 - Error reading input file.

Anyone got any ideas?

Hello,

WinPE is trying to map a drive, but the drive letter is already in use. So, change your configuration via Boot Disk Creator and change the default map drive f:\ to m:\ Save changes and give it a world.
