My old symantec management server was dead and I had not any backup data, I have install new one symantec end point management server and tried to connect all clients to the new server. When the deployment of package is done I can see successfully deployed message. But there is no connection between clients and management server. How can I reconnect all clients to the new management server?

Have you tried replacing sylink manually on them?

We also have a tool called Sylink replacer to do the same work.

But first manually try to replace the sylink.xml on one of the clients and see if that works.

First export the Sylink.xml of /from the group you want your clients to report to initially.
Click the Clients tab in the SEPM and select the group you want. Right click on it and select Export Communication Settings.
Click browse, select a convenient location and name the file "Sylink.xml".
    Click Export.

Click on start button, click on run and in run window  type SMC -Stop.

Navigate to the below location and copy and replace the Sylink.xml file under:

    "C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.xx.xx.xx\Data\Config"

    Hi,

Use the Sylink file to establish communication between the new SEPM and the existing SEP client through sylink replacer tool.

Sylink replacer tool is most commonly used option because it's easy to use.

    Go through following article:

You have not given specification about environment.
