Unable to create backup-to-disk folder. Acces denied.

I'm using BE 2010R3 in workgroup environment and have exactly same behaviour as mentioned in older post here: http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/backup-disk-unable-create-folder-or-specify-user-credentials

Does anybody knows how to specify user credentials in configuration of backup-to-disk folder which originated from other domain/computer? (Without recreating user with same username and password on both computers)?
