if you logon with the BE service account, can you access \\bestorage\backupexec ?

You should add the BESA to the NAS as a local admin with fill read/write access to the entire disk

and then check to verify that your services are using the System Logon Account by going into the Back up Exec Console select Network > Logon Accounts

I have used same Windows Logon credentials on both server machines, and successfully configured Storage device. smiley

Thankyou for all.
