Unable to create Media server Deduplication pool on new storage

I have sucessfully deleted test disk pool, and now when I'm trying to create Media server Deduplication pool on new storage I'm getting error message :-
Operation cause an illegal duplication , DSM has found that <server> already exists in database ..
Please advice what entry I have delete to configure Media server Deduplication pool on new storage .

It sounds like you have
It sounds like you have deleted the pool but the Storage Server still exists and what ever command you are running wants to recreate it, possibly with the same name if a difference case? (Upper / Lower)
As it sounds like the Storage Server is still active just use the Storage Pool Wizard to create your new pool on the existing Storage Server so that all you are doing is creating the pool and not trying to create the Storage Server again

When I tried to run Storage Pool Wizard to create your new pool on the existing Storage Server.. getting error
RDSM has encountered an issue with STS where the server was not found :- getDiskVolumeInfoList

OK - I assume that this storage server is not used for anything else so delete it first:
nbdevconfig -deletests -storage_server servername -stype PureDisk

,After run above command .. storage server has been deleted , but when I'm trying to configure storage server its giving Authorization error ,verify username/password. even I'm using correct user name and password .

Seems that some steps were
Seems that some steps were missed during removal of initial MSDP components.
Best to open a support call to get assistance with cleanup.

Check for any signs of that
Check for any signs of that server anywhere - i have seen similar to this and there was something left that caused the issue (storage unit or similar)
Once everything had been cleared out try again
Check the Media and Device Mangement - Credentials - Storage Servers section of the Admin Console to make sure it doesn't still appear in there
