  • 1.  unable to create snapshot

    hello everybody,

     

    I Have a very simple questions for you..

    how can I prevent a user to create snapshot on the report?

    or

    how can I fail to see the snapshot command to certain users?

    what are the permissions to change?

    If you remove write permissions for the report, this should cause creation of a snapshot to fail.  I do not know of a way to remove the snapshot option.

    thanks for your reply mclemson

    i had remove write permissions for the report but the user can to create any snapshots yet.

    why?

    PS: I also removed the inherited permissions
