Unable to create tickets

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I installed SD7 with the SQL offbox for some reason I can't seem to be able to create tickets as it gives an error message and then the person to contact. I looked through the event viewer on all three servers and there does not appear to be any error messages present. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I made sure that the user trying to create the ticket is under the Administrator permissions in the Process Manager.

The issue creating new tickets could be as follows:

I have having the same

I have having the same problem as Aryanos is reporting.  I followed the KB 47866 but this is for the beta version.  Step number two states to go to :
Navigate to Admin > Data > Application Properties

But there is no Applicaion Properties under Data (there is Account Management and Applications Management).  Unless my install went totally wrong.  So is everyong still running the beta or am i having isolated issues (have reinstalled the software 3 times).

Hi resendew

The Application Properties should appear if you move your mouse over the Data title as it pops up another window. I noticed that if you are logged in as Admin@logicbase.com you there are no fly out menus on the Admin title as opposed to if you are logged in as a different user in the Administrator group. Let me know if you are still having issues and I can send you a screenshot if needed.

I performed the steps

I performed the steps outlined on the knowledgebase article but am still unable to create a ticket. I am logged on with an account with administrator privileges.

Errors?

Hi lwilliams022,

Are you getting any errors in the event viewer on the SD7 server?

Exact same issue

I have this exact same issue, and the 47866 missing step #3 and it did not resolve this issue.  Contacted support, and current pending response.
