There may be an obvious solution I'm missing, but I'm trying to decrypt my boot drive on a 10.7.4 (PGP 10.2.0), however decrypt is not an option. I'm logged in as the administrator. Additionally, everything in the preferences for PGP Desktop are unselectable (see attached image).

    What am I doing wrong?

Two things, it looks like you are managed user. BY that I mean that you are managed by a PGP universal server? Secondly, i noticed that your last policy synchronization happened over 6 months ago. It's possible that something with your policy on the Mac is corrupt.

    1) Are you the PGP Universal Server administrator?

    2) Have you upgraded the PGP client recently?

Can you possibly attach some logs from your client? those are found by clicking on the PGP padlock logo in the top right and then selecting "View Log'.

Change the Logging Level to verbose. Then leave the logging window open and click on the PGP padlock again and select "Update Policy".

Then save the log and upload it here. If you have concerns around privacy, you can always just email it to me through the email function of Symantec Connect as well.
