Unable to delete deduplication folder BE2012

This is more of a *bump* for this particular post

It says there is a workaround but I cant find one in this article

Is there any update from Symantec on this?

Hi Luke,

There IS a workaround, but you need to log an official call with Symantec...their Technical Support will sort this out for you.

As per the TN you posted:


A supported workaround is available via Backup Exec Technical Support.

Customers experiencing this issue are encouraged to contact Backup Exec Technical Support as this issue is related to te Backup Exec Database.
