  • 1.  Unable to detect from a network share files copied to the local drive

    I  found in the POC process, I creat a file type checking DCM policy, unable to detect the file type is.JPG.GIF.DWG, from a network share files copied to the local drive, but can be detected by.DOC.EXL.TXT.PDF file types. Detection of graphics file not supported in the DLP11.6 version.

    Robin,

    How is the policy configured ?

    Do you have an AND rule with the file type rule ??

    Yes, have been solved, thanks!

    I adding the .jgp file type in monitoring filter , It's success can detect .jpg file.

    But found that adding file share path in monitoring  filter is invalid.
