This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi,
I need help fixing this issue. I've installed CCS, everything seems to work fine but I can only use the console from the Application server. If I tried to download/install from any other machine even login with the app service username, I get an error that the application download didnot succeed. See log file below - Thanks in advance.

Try downloading the application outside of the browser
You may want to try to copy the application Manifest file directly from the server, then running it on your workstation: You can find it in the following path:
X:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\CCS\Reporting and Anayltics\WebPortal\Console\SymConsole.application
the error message looks like something might be preventing the application to download correctly via the web browser. You may also need to make sure that the CCS Web Portal url is listed in the "Intranet Zone" for Internet Explorer.
