This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hello!

I'm currently using Workflow 7 and I'm having an issue when I try to find(and even copy and paste from a different workflow) the Create Ticket component.  When I search for it, nothing comes up.  I've tried to load the ServiceDesk.dll and also the ServiceDesk.Tickets.dll and the program is saying that they are already loaded.  Even if I reload the DLL files, the components don't show.  (as a test, I loaded all the DLL files for the components and I still wasn't able to find the one for Create Ticket)

Furthermore, I downloaded a New Hire template that Symantec created that already has the ticket components within the workflow.  Even if I go to copy and paste one of their preconfigured components into the workflow where it already resides, it doesn't allow me.  I get the error below when I try to copy and paste the component.

Even though the error states 'The following components from the clipboard are not allowed in this model:', I would think I should be able to do this since it's just a simple Webform Flow.

Start - Webform - Create Ticket - Done

Has anyone run into this.  Or what am I missing?

The components for NS6 (inc.

The components for NS6 (inc. the Create Ticket component) are hidden from the treeview unless you add an NS6 in your NS credentials tool. If you add an NS6, then reload your project, the NS6 components should appear. It does not have to be the default.
